I just mixed up a large batch including 14.8% amaranth as I had some older grains that needed to be used soon. After I mixed it up, I saw other posts which state you should not feed raw amaranth to chickens due to the anti-nutrients. Can you advise on the use of amaranth?

Adding fermented peas would improve a bird’s health and vigor, and keep their gut functioning better. We feed a lot of fermented ingredients to out poultry.
