Porcini Mushroom Salt
This simple porcini mushroom salt is guaranteed to add an extra dimension to any dish in need of a little something fancy. Easy to prepare and makes a great gift.

Serves: 8 small jars
  • 5g dried porcini mushrooms
  • 500g good-quality sea salt
  • 1-2 tbspns of garlic granules
  1. Add the mushrooms to your food processor and blitz for about a minute to break everything up.
  2. Add the salt and garlic and blitz again until you have the desired consistency.
  3. Transfer to jars and seal.
